May the Fourth is living up to its reputation as being a day with a heck-of-a-lot of awesome "Star Wars" news.
The team behind "Titanfall," one of 2014's most popular shooters, announced it is hard at work on a brand new game set in the "Star Wars" universe.
The announcement came from a blog post written by Stig Asmussen on Respawn Entertainment's website, where he describes the game as "a third-person action/adventure game," but didn't offer any other details about whether or not the game would feature familiar characters or a completely new cast.
Asmussen seems thrilled about the project, describing the experience thus far as "surreal."
We likely won't hear anything more about this project until it is well into development, but we look forward to learning more.
And May the Fourth be with you.
